Concordia College is easy to find. We are located in the heart of Moorhead, Minnesota.
Your career as a health professional begins here.
Start your application today in PostBacCAS.
The program begins June 2024.
Admission to the program is a selective process. We look at a combination of strong, academic records and standardized test scores to reveal a consistency in performance. Your motivation and enthusiasm to pursue a health profession play a vital role in your acceptance, along with your work history, volunteer activity and any experiences in healthcare. Your recommendation letters provided during the application process will give us further insights into your aptitude, character, and work ethic.
The program is based on a cohort model, with approximately 12 students in each course. Given the limited number of seats, we highly recommend applying early as students are accepted to the program in the order applications are reviewed.
Following a review of your application by our admission team, you will be invited for an online interview. This discussion will complement your application and provide depth to the selection process. Applicants will be notified about acceptance in the program as early as January 2024.

I have a tremendous amount of gratitude for Concordia College and all the faculty and staff who contributed to a wonderful, yearlong course of study. During a time in 2020 when widespread lockdowns and stalling of educational pursuits prevailed, I felt incredibly blessed to have an experience that afforded me all the advantages of a pre-COVID schooling environment. Whether it was in-person laboratory experiments, or one on one conversations with professors in-person, Concordia, without relaxing in any way their strict observance of COVID restrictions, afforded me an experience on par with any pre-pandemic course of study. In addition, the professors were models of the passion and love for instruction that all teachers ought to have. They cared for both my academic success, as well as my personal well-being. They challenged me in ways I had not been intellectually challenged before. And they guided me through subject areas that I had never explored, instilling a deep wonder for experimental science. Lastly, I want to thank in a special way the tireless effort of Dr. Julie Rutherford on my behalf. Without her firm and steady hand throughout the entire post-baccalaureate program and application cycle, I most assuredly would not be about to attend my top medical school of choice. She did everything in her power to help me achieve my dream. I can’t express my gratitude enough. Thank you Concordia, and go Cobbers!
